The cleaning fee is a one-off and does not depend on how long you stay. The Ortstaxe can also be paid on arrival, and under-15s are exempt. We show both before you book.
Cancellation terms
- More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total.
- Within 14 days of arrival, or no-show: the full amount.
The full amount is due 30 days before arrival. We take no deposit at booking, and until then you can cancel free of charge.
