House rules

| Minimum stay | 3 nights |
| Getting here | The upper floor is reached by stairs only |
Cancellation terms
- More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation.
- Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total.
- Within 14 days of arrival, or no-show: the full amount.
The full amount is due 30 days before arrival. We take no deposit at booking, and until then you can cancel free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
For accommodation on a specific date, Austrian FAGG §18 Abs 1 Z 10 gives no 14-day right of withdrawal – the cancellation terms above apply instead.
