How many people does the apartment sleep?
Eight, in four bedrooms. All four rooms have a double bed, with two bathrooms between them. We cannot provide an extra bed; a cot is available on request.
Is the whole flat ours?
Yes. The upper floor is entirely for guests, with its own entrance. There is no shared space and no other guests. The floor is reached by stairs only.
How far is the Kreischberg?
7 kilometres, about 10 minutes by car. The Kreischbergbahn I lift is 7.9 km.
What is the minimum stay?
Three nights minimum. We are sorry, but we cannot take bookings for shorter stays.
What is included in the nightly price?
Bed linen and towels, electricity, heating, hot water, wi-fi and parking. Two items come on top of the nightly price: a one-off 80 euro cleaning fee per booking, and 3 euros tourist tax per person per night. We show both before you book – nothing appears afterwards.
How much is the cleaning fee?
A one-off 80 euros per booking, whether you stay three nights or ten. It is not charged per night.
Where can we park?
On the property, free of charge. You do not have to look for a paid car park, and you do not have to carry your gear far.
Can we cook?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery. There is a washing machine too.
Can we bring a pet?
Unfortunately not. The apartment is also non-smoking.
When can we arrive and leave?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Please let us know in advance roughly when you will arrive.
Until when can a booking be cancelled?
More than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the booking total. Within 14 days of arrival, or no-show: the full amount. The full amount is due 30 days before arrival. We take no deposit at booking, and until then you can cancel free of charge.
Is there wi-fi?
Yes, free wi-fi throughout the apartment. There is a streaming service on the TV as well.
Is it suitable for families with small children?
Yes. A cot and a high chair are available on request. With four separate bedrooms, two families fit comfortably.
